Delete my data

You can delete everything Chartful holds about you at any time. There are two ways to do it.
In the app
Open Chartful at chartful.app/app, scroll down to Signed in as on your home screen and press Delete my account and data, then Yes, delete everything. We cancel Chartful’s access with each platform and delete your accounts and numbers straight away. Anything left over is gone within 7 days.
By email
Email hello@chartful.app from the address you signed up with, and use the subject “Delete my data”. We’ll delete everything within 7 days and email you when it’s done.
Just want to remove one account?
On your Chartful home screen, find the account under Your accounts and press Unlink, then press it again where it says Sure?. We delete its access key and stats straight away (always within 7 days) and cancel Chartful’s access with that platform. For YouTube and websites, Google’s permission may stay until the last of them is unlinked, so your other links keep working. Your other accounts stay as they are.
Removing access on the platform’s side
You can also remove Chartful from the platform itself. This stops us reading your stats, and the account shows Needs reconnecting in Chartful. If you don’t reconnect it, we delete your YouTube and website data within 7 days, and your TikTok data within 30 days. To delete it straight away, press Unlink in Chartful too.
- Google and YouTube: go to the Google security settings page and remove Chartful.
- TikTok: in the TikTok app, go to Profile, then the menu (☰), Settings and privacy, Security and permissions and Apps and services permissions. Choose Chartful and press Remove access. The names can differ a little between versions of the app.
What we keep
If you’ve ever paid for Plus, we keep a record of your payments for 6 years, because tax law requires it. Nothing else is kept.
